Pros: Room size was good. Big TV. Comfy beds and pillows.

Cons: Could have been cleaner. Few hairs in different places in the washroom (sink, shower, floor). 2 big stains on chair near bed. Inquired about breakfast food for my gluten allergy (celiac) staff said \

Pros: The location is great and the room is clean, well equipped and comfortable. Also the breakfast is great and the staff are helpful and welcoming.

Pleasant, Clean and Spacious

Pros: The Reception Staff were very helpful. so were those in the Restaurant. Spacious enough to look like 2 rooms(1 bedroom and 1 reception Area) and a spacious bathroom. Overall it was a pleasant stay for me. They also wanted to clean the room on a daily basis which was good. Location is not too far from the Airport

Cons: I guess it was for security reasons but the windows were sealed . I did wish there was just a bit of space to let the natural air in. However they had good functioning air conditioners

Great place

Pros: Room was awesome, big and clean. Breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. Very very friendly staff.

Cons: In general hotels should not be charging a $300 deposit for using debit to pay and only $100 for credit card. That needs to change as most people don't have $300 lying around and bank cards are used like credit cards now. This makes it so people don't want to or aren't able to stay at hotels. I've also been using booking.com for many many years.

Perfect!

Pros: Everything was quite acceptable. The only thing was the chaise in the room was stained, not a good look. Otherwise,we were not disappointed. Thank you!!
