Lovely hotel with friendly, approachable staff

Pros: Beautiful hotel with pristine room and comfy bed. Exceptionally friendly and nice staff. Free parking.

Cons: Light beam above beds. Couldn't figure out how to turn it off so it was like sleeping all night with lights on. I guess I could have called the front desk about the light. Our room had a door to the adjoining room which wasn't soundproof. The guests next door were very loud and had their tv blaring all night. Too bad this lovely hotel is not pet friendly. I would not have chosen this hotel if we had brought our dog. For this reason I took off one star.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. No hesitation in recommending this hotel

Pros: Exceptional customer care. Very clean, spacious, comfortable room. Excellent choice at breakfast.

Cons: No views, in a business park but we were aware of this when booking. However, good access to major roads.

Excellent, can’t mention enough the mannerisms of the staff.

Pros: Good friendly service, the staff were excellent. Just to name a few, Raghav and Farheen.

Cons: Just restock the tea and coffee in the room. Could leave a few toilet rolls instead of just one.

Pros: The hotel was amazing, clean and the service was exceptional. Kids loved it and felt as if it were another home for them. Definitely would recommend.

Cons: The bar fridge inside the hotel was too small. Couldn't store milk for my kiddos or extra cold snacks for them. And it wasnt as cold as it should have been. Also no microwave in the room or on the same floor as our room for easier access. Had to go all the way to the main lobby to use one.
