Great location.

Pros: Great location to travel to Niagara-on-the-Lake or to Niagara Falls. Loved the clean rooms.

Pros: The location,parking and it the motel had a lot of charm to it.

Cons: The bed was a little hard and the pillows could be better. Wish their was a better mix of hard and soft pillows. Also a in room microwave compared to the pantry would be preferred.

Retro style motel, good value, especially as we were given a free upgrade

Pros: We were lucky to be given a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room. This is a nice room with veranda if you are choosing yourself. Access was also provided to a microwave, a small mini fridge and pantry with a limited number of kitchen supples. If you like a retro style, this is a good value place to stay for the money.

Pros: Comfortable room,helpful staff, situation, plenty of parking.

Cons: Signage to locate the property could be better. Reliance on texts to give useful information ( not everyone checks for texts every few minutes. Where possible written information on old fashioned paper is better.)

Elevated Motel Stay

Pros: The coffee and food at the lounge are amazing! The staff were very friendly. The spot is very decompressing (despite a pretty loud concert across the river at Artpark, our first night,) and we came home rested and rejuvenated.

Cons: The AC unit is pretty loud. We didn't need it most of the time, but that might be a bit problematic on hot summer nights.

Pros: The patio of our room was great! The room was very clean and the kitchen stuff in pantry was also very useful.

Cons: When I was making the payment, it was shown like $186 + tax, but after the payment I realized it was around $250, including unnoticeable charges.

A quiet, relaxing holiday

Pros: The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet, lovely balcony, a lounge area for everyone on the bottom floor. The motel is in a quiet residential area halfway between Niagara and Niagara on the Lake. We could relax after a day of tours/wine tours. We loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

Cons: The a/c is a little loud but otherwise we have no complaints or concerned.

Our Experience

Pros: The room was exactly as expected, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location was perfect if you didn't want to be right in the bustle of the Niagara strip. Was tucked away but close enough that if an Uber was needed, you weren't spending a fortune going to and from destinations. Lots of observation areas and trails nearby as well, which was a nice option to have. Overall our stay was very enjoyable! Will definitely be back again!

Cons: The updated exterior is beautiful. However, one of the main reasons I booked was because of bookings website photos of the white siding classic motel look. So I was a bit disappointed with the exterior. As well as more options in the lounge for \
