Good place to rest my head.

Pros: Staff were great, friendly. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice, clean.

Cons: Only decaf coffee in the room. My daughter was looking for hot chocolate. Cookies would have been nice with the coffee in the foyer. Breakfast was nothing special.

Convenient & comfortable for a one-night stay

Pros: We stayed for one night when passing through the area. The hotel had plenty of parking and was within walking distance of a couple of eating places. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and were able to provide change so that we could use the laundry facilities within the hotel (large coin operated washing machine and tumble drier). Our room was very large and comfortable.

Cons: Our main dislike was that breakfast had to be eaten on paper plates and using disposable cutlery. In a hotel of this standard this seemed very poor to us - why no proper plates and cutlery? We felt like we were at a children's party or on a picnic. Shockingly wasteful. Our only other small issue was that the bedroom lacked any central overhead lighting, so the room was generally quite dark.

Over all it was comfortable and satisfactory.

Pros: The friendliness of the staff at reception and how clean the room was. The breakfast was good quality and variety.

Cons: The noisy kids running up and down the hallway. The plastic cutlery. I struggled to cut my waffle with the plastic knife

Good stay

Pros: comfy beds, close to city center (walking is not a good idea but it's easy to park downtown). Friendly and helpful staff. Great beds and pillows. Breakfast ok.

Cons: the water in our room tasted badly. The water from the water fountain downstairs was much much better. There was a noise all night vibrating in our room. Couldn't explain why. Slept well nonetheless.

Enjoyed Our One Night Stay

Pros: Room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the pool, though I do wish it was a bit bigger and a bit warmer. Breakfast was also decent.

Cons: Wish the pool was open later. We went a bit earlier and it was empty which was nice. However, when we went back closer to bed, it was busy with kids. Would've been nice if it was open later for adult swim time.

Great stop if doing Simcoe Loop, comfortable and good breakfast to start your day.

Pros: It was a comfortable newer facility with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast, which was great as we were riding Simcoe Loop.Everything about the hotel was very good.

Cons: Couldn't put our bikes in our room which most hotels we have been to allow. Then they ask to store but we end up just storing in a conference room near the breakfast room.
