A favourite of mine!

Pros: We absolutely loved this hotel! It is so clean which is my number one need in accommodations. The room was top notch!

Cons: Front desk staff were not friendly nor welcoming. Seemed perturbed by questions - short matter of fact! Housekeeping was helpful and accommodating!

Pros: We recently stayed at the Home2 Suites By Hilton Brantford and overall had a great experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were modern and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One highlight was the amenities—having access to the well-equipped kitchenettes and using the barbecue facilities made our visit extra enjoyable. Overall, we’d recommend this hotel, especially for its cleanliness, great amenities, and friendly staff. It’s a good choice if you’re traveling with a vehicle and prefer to prepare some of your own meals.

Cons: On the downside, we found the complimentary breakfast to be of low quality and decided to stick with just coffee in the mornings. Additionally, the location requires a car to get around, but we were aware of this beforehand and it wasn’t an issue for us.

The staff were fantasy.

Pros: I would have preferred bacon with breakfast and hot chocolate as a kids hot drink alternative.

Cons: The court otters were scratchy. Not cozy.

Pros: Staffs are very accommodating. They respond to us right away when we had a question and request. They have pool and gym which my son loved to go. Pool was perfect for his height. He can cross back and forth since he is not a good swimmer yet. It's up to 5ft. They also have a complimentary breakfast. Not that top notch but we enjoyed it. After breakfast, we went to the gym which is really close to the dining area. The room is super clean. It has sink and dishwasher which made us amazed with the price we paid. We went to other hotels and I can tell you, you are paying less than what you get. The only complain I had is the bed. Not that comfortable. The pillows just have filled with air that our head later sink when we sleep on it. But over all we are happy and will still come back for our next trip.

Pros: Loved the kitchenette! Was definitely surprised to see a whole dishwasher and cutlery too! Fridge/freezer.. good size table to fit whole family plus a pull-out table too at the desk area. I can't wait to go back with the kids!

Cons: Only that there was no bacon included in the breakfast..lol literally only \

Would Stay Again

Pros: The hotel was in a good location and was close to a ramp to the 403. The room was large, clean and well-equipped. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. The staff was friendly.

Cons: The breakfast staff needed to be more attentive in keeping the breakfast counter clean and making sure utensils had been thoroughly washed.

We very much enjoyed our stay

Pros: Best things - all day coffee, we loved hot chocolate being available, make-your-own waffles were a favourite and I particularly liked the spinach quiche with English muffins. Great selection!!

Cons: Air conditioner a bit loud and was intermittent so woke us up, Sofabed was too soft

Pros: Location was easily accessible. Suite was quite roomy and very clean. Appreciate the walk-in shower rather than a tub. And staff extremely friendly.

Wonderfull we were most surprised at the standard of the facilities for the price great value for money
