Pros: The concierge that checked us in was so friendly, and knew the area we drove from and had some nice banter about travel..made us feel very welcomed!

Comfortable rooms

Pros: Very comfortable rooms. Kitchen was very useful. Complimentary coffee was nice. :)

Cons: Breakfast was O.K. Pool room temperature was cold.

the staff were friendly, tried to help us especially with my husband in a wheelchair.

Pros: I liked the short route to funeral home and cemetery where my mom would be buried

Cons: struggling with the thermostat in a room, doesnt show heat or cool

Great Facility but staff needs training

Pros: Actual building and room is quite nice. Beds very comfortable. Continental breakfast had enough options for different eaters.

Cons: Although the staff was pleasant they were not very efficient. Upon entering the room we realized we had no toiletries (soap, cream, the usual stuff found on a hotel bathroom counter. Dishwasher in the kitchen also had dirty dishes in it. Told the staff and requested soap (at the very least) be placed in our room. Left room and came back at 12:20 am. Still no toiletries. Went down to reception where I waited for approximately 15 minutes for someone to return to the desk. Knocked on office door, called the hotel multiple time while waiting to alert someone that I was waiting for service. When someone did arrive I told them that I had made a request earlier in the day and still nothing had been done. Requested bar soap and returned to my room. When checking out I advised the staff again of the dirty dishes and the missing toiletries so that they could deal with the situation internally. I was advised that someone would call me from Management, No call. Not very professional.

Pros: Large Family Celebration of Life within the adjoining complex, We stayed with you but visited next door and we very pleased with our stay. Roomy and comfortable beds and rooms.

Comfortable accommodation.

Pros: Helpful staff, good location and plenty of parking. Room was large and comfortable. The location was great, just off hwy 403, and central for the places we were visiting.

Cons: I would have preferred to see baked beans on the menu every morning to go with the eggs, bacon and sausages. But this is my personal choice. Otherwise, a good selection. There wasn’t a kettle. We drink tea and I had to mess about coaxing hot water out of the coffee-maker.

Really liked the room, staff and location.

Pros: The breakfast was the only downside.Not enough variety.The fried eggs were were in the warming oven too long.
