Quiet and comfortable

Pros: Comfortable bed, quiet, breakfast is ok. Location is a bit out of the way but I'd rather that than right in Brantford!

Pros: The staff were good, the environment was clean and the service was great.

Cons: The bed[ mattress] was too soft for me.

Pros: The breakfast was very good. The room was beautiful. Everything was neat and clean.

Pros: The hotel was able to accommodate us with adjoining rooms. I left my tablet behind and received a call quickly, so we were able to return and get it.

Amazing stay

Pros: I love that it was in a quiet environment. The staff were exceptionally, and the room, bathroom,refrigerator, and microwave were clean and looked exactly as the one they advertised on the website. The welcome message on the television screen thrills your experience and makes it memorable .I must express my gratitude to the amazing staff who were easy to reach and make our visit exceptional.

Cons: No complaints here. I love the experience.

Overall it was fine.

Pros: The breakfast was good most mornings. My husband enjoys sausage, eggs type of hot meal.

Cons: The towels for bathing were so small. I didn't go in the pool because the water looked green.

Pros: Nothing really, found the bed a little uncomfortable but still slept.

Pros: Loved the jacuzzi, staff friendliness and the breakfast.

Cons: We did find a hair in the jacuzzi and there was a little pee on the toilet seat when we got there. :(

Pros: The breakfast was excellent and the fact we could store our bicycles right in the room with us made it even better

Clean, spacious and pleasant

Pros: The location is out of town, at the edge of a new industrial estate; but there was plenty of space. The rooms were very large, each with2 queen beds; the hotel was spacious and very clean
