Great location and unique house

Pros: It was a lovely area, walking distance to Sherborne train. Bus stops 1min walk away. Lots of room and amenities. Host was lovely came and grated us and explained everything needed. Manual in the house to explain how to use TV, oven, air con etc. Host responded to issues by booking.com messaging very quickly and sorted quickly.

Cons: Little bit dated since the pics, needs bit of updating.

Pros: We loved the quiet location and the huge amount of space inside the house. It is a characterful place to stay especially if you love art and literature. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The property managers were very quick to respond to questions and resolve a couple of issues. The kitchen was very well equipped with clear instructions.

Cons: The bathrooms could benefit from a little updating. Do be aware a security deposit is required to be paid online before receiving entry instructions.

Pros: Ideal for a large group , 8 to 10 people. The house is old but very clean. About 7 minutes to the subway. Close to stores. Nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood, near the subway and shops. The house has lovely character and is a great size.

Pros: The location was excellent, the contact with manager was good. The neighbourhood is very posh and just a couple of minutes from downtown (we could even ride a bike share as there is a stand right at the corner of the street). Perfect for a group of 5 (singles or couples) as there are 3 double beds, 1 sofa bed and 1 king size bed.

Cons: We were a group of 6 men (no couples) and 4 bedrooms to share. One had to sleep on couch cushions. The house has not been renovated for a long time but is still in good shape and was clean.

Pros: Freundlicher Vermieter, super Lage, viel Platz, sauber.

Charming older home in beautiful neighborhood perfect for families.

Pros: Great location. The home was just right for our family during our stay. The owner has an extensive library. It's a nice bonus that parking is available. A $500 deposit is required but the owner offered a few options to meet this requirement. However future renters should know that the deposit is mentioned towards the end of the listing and can be easy to miss. That being said, I think this is the norm in Toronto. We enjoyed the multiple coffee-making options, and the kitchen was well-stocked. In response to some reviews, I would like to say this is an older home with some quirks and plenty of charm. The owner has gone above and beyond to provide extras such as shampoo, soap, extra towels, and generous access to his Netflix and Roku accounts. We recommend this home to future family renters.

Cons: This is a 3-story home so navigating the stairs might be challenging. However, if you do not experience mobility issues, the stairs should not be an issue.

God pris, beliggende, hygge hjemlig atmosfære med plads til opdagelse

Pros: Vi valgte overnatningstedet fordi det var en villa tæt på Toronto centrum med nok værelser til hele familien til en rimelig pris. Huset bød på at gå på opdagelse i kunst og en kæmpe bogsamling, Køkkenet var ekstremt udrustet og der var sat snack, morgenmad, kaffebønner etc. til fri afbenyttelse. Stue på 1. sal var med virkelig gode steamningsmuligheder og god teknisk løsning til at se en film. Der er kort til supermarkeder. Nemt at finde og navigere rundt. Dejligt at rengøringen var der ved ankomst og kunne demontrere dørlåsen. 1 parkeringsplads i indkørslen til en minivan.

Cons: Huset vandt ved nærmere bekendtskab. Udfordringen var at billederne ikke levede op til vores første forventninger. Det var mere slidt og 2. salg trængte til en renovering - hvilket man ikke kunne se af de billeder der var delt på booking.com. Absolut et charmerende hus som vinder ved nærmere bekendtskab, men første håndsindtrykket når man kommer er at det er slidt og trænger til en kærlig hånd. Vi var der i oktober/november så huset var lidt koldt til at starte med. Afstand til Toronto centrum er mere end der står - de fleste turistaktraktioner er ca. 3-4 km. væk, men ikke noget problem for os.
