Very enjoyable

Pros: I met the lovely couple who managed the property. Very pleasant. I enjoyed the foodstuffs including fresh milk that were there for me to use. I felt very much at home in the lovely surroundings.

Cons: The edge of the bed base frame is at sharp right angles and I unfortunately caught my knee on them in the course of moving around, more than once. I think they should be rounded off.

A lovely space to spend 4 days in Stratford

Pros: The space was lovely, beautifully decorated and had everything needed for our 3 nite stay. Martin was very helpful regarding nearby restaurants and offered to carry our luggage. We would gladly return in the future.

Wonderful long weekend getaway

Pros: Morning coffee & sketching on the porch. Location is walkable to the downtown theatres & restaurants. The courteous and helpful hosts. The peaceful neighbourhood. Attractive suite decor and thoughtful touches: complementary bottle of wine and fruit basket.

Cons: The location of the tv. It would be nice to have it in the sitting room rather than the bedroom. Lack of a dark coffee option.

Perfect for what we needed. I would stay there again.

Pros: Lots of character, very nicely appointed. Comfortable bed, lovely balcony. Free off street parking too. The lovely touches like the complementary bottle of wine, the tea and coffee and milk provided, plus the fruit and snacks were very welcome. Martin was extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived. Highly recommended!

Cons: It’s around a 10 minute walk to downtown Stratford, although it’s down a straight road so very easy to navigate.

Charm and Hospitality

Pros: Martin and the team at Evanndor (including their Scottish Terrier!) were the consummate hosts. There was such thoughtfulness and care at every turn (fruit, snacks, tea, coffee and milk in fridge, bottle of wine, basic stocked kitchen etc.) It's rare to feel hospitality these days, but we felt it in spades in this lovely place. Walking distance to all the theatres, restaurants downtown and waterfront. Courtyard and garden suite was an added bonus!

Cons: It's more a preference than not liking, but blackout curtains in bedroom would be helpful as I need a dark room.

A perfect spot to stay when in Stratford

Pros: Excellent location, close to the theatre and restaurants . We had a lovely balcony . The suite was spotless and kitchen equipped with coffee, fruit ,treats ,dishes snd utensils . We will definitely return to this Inn.

Charming Inn for a wonderful evening in Stratford

Pros: Martin was very informative and friendly. The room was setup with all sorts of nice small details. Everything was clean, new, and tidy.

Comfortable suite for a short stay. We would be happy to return or recommend.

Pros: Comfortable, clean, and quiet. The suite is a good size for a couple and has a lot of thoughtful details. In a quiet residential area but an easy walk to theatres, restaurants, etc. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly.

Pros: Location! A great room, comfy bed, great linens, considerate host

A Restful and Charming Way to Experience the Shakespeare Festival and Downtown Stratford

Pros: This property was beautiful. It was quaint, updated but had some antique highlights. The room was spacious with a private terrace. It was within walking distance of downtown and the theatres for the Shakespeare Festival. There was complimentary parking and we walked everywhere we went. The hosts provided a complementary bottle of wine, options for hot beverages, fruit and a few snacks. We loved it in this quaint, quiet neighborhood.
