Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff. Definitely stay here!

Pros: Absolutely fabulous staff who make your stay perfect. Incredible views of both the city and lake from our corner suite. One of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in…and we’ve travelled extensively.

Outstanding customer service

Pros: The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful views from the room. Comfortable beds.

Cons: The lighting. The lights in the bathroom were difficult to figure out and often wouldn't turn on. The coffee machine!

Stay at Hotel X in December

Pros: The location was great. The lake view was really nice from the room, obviously came with extra price. The rooftop pool was amazing experience and the view of the city was great.

Cons: The pillows were really soft. Even though we had asked for extra firm pillows yet they did not have those. Hence the sleep was disturbed.

We had a brilliant week in Toronto and the Hotel made that week so comfortable and enjoyable.

Pros: The hotel is fantastic, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the services, like the drop off into the city, are brilliant. The hotel is out on the edge of the city, which I liked as it was quieter, and the drop off obviously helps with the travel into Downtown. The restaurants in the hotel are fantastic, Playbook Commons was a fantastic experience, and the view from the Valerie bar was stunning. Honestly, a fantastic stay.

Cons: Our stay was fantastic, no issues at all. We look forward to our next visit, which hopefully won't be too far off.

Pros: Good morning! My husband and I really needed a few relaxing days, and X definitely hit the mark, it was truly next level accommodations and service. From the moment Nicole at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and friendliness (she was just wonderful during our entire stay by the way!), to the spotless cleanliness of our room, we could feel our stress start to melt away. We loved taking full advantage of your room service and spending some quality time unwinding in our super comfy, spotless room while enjoying all your amenities. We also had a couple of fun nights out in town, and your car service was such a lifesaver! All your drivers were very professional, but Bryce really went above and beyond with his amazing customer service—that truly made a difference. Overall, our stay was unforgettable, and we can't wait to come back!

Cons: FOR HOTEL EYES ONLY - PLEASE DO NOT PUBLISH, WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY. So I hate this part, however I understand the importance of it. Even though we were met with exceptional service from time we arrived to the moment we left, we encountered an employee who made us feel so unwelcomed (uncomfortable really) On our last night there we returned from an outing around 10pm - still not ready to settle for the evening we decided to go for a late night swim in your rooftop pool (which by the way was mesmerizing, we loved it!) Rules and pool times are clearly noted throughout the hotel and in our room-open until 11pm. We changed and arrived at the pool around 10:25. No one was in the pool (however) the door was open and a staff member was attending. As we walked towards the pool my husband said hello (we should have noted his name) and as we walked through the door the staff member said \
