Queen’s Landing delivers elegance, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

Pros: Our stay at Queen’s Landing was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. It wasn’t just great service — it was the thoughtful little details that truly stood out. Every interaction felt warm, attentive, and personal, making our stay feel extra special. The restaurants are beautiful and the food was outstanding — every meal felt like a fine dining experience. The atmosphere, presentation, and quality of the dishes were all top-tier. The location is perfect — within easy walking distance to town and local amenities — and the convenient shuttle service made getting around effortless. The pool and spa facilities were immaculate, clean, and absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Queen’s Landing delivers elegance, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

Pros: The staff was great. Having the car shuttle was really nice to have. The hotel tub was great. Beds were super comfy, same with the pillows.

Cons: I noticed a few things on the floor in our room ( that wasn't from us) and the felt like the hotel restaurants didn't have the best menu for my 15 yr old

Great place to be

Pros: Great place to be. Very clean room and swimming pool area. I like to use robe. We had paid for breakfast. Amazing variety. The only thing That I did not like is overcharge for booking. It takes time to get money back

Cons: Overcharged on my visa. I should not be charged 2 times. The money will be returned back. But it is hastle

A great place to stay in the city; calm, cozy and comfortable.

Pros: Krystyna, the lady at the reception who checked us is and out, was professional and helpful.

Cons: It would be great to have a kettle in the room in addition to a cofree machine. This is a minor item though.

Mini Getaway to Niagra on the lake

Pros: Queen’s Landing is a beautiful hotel with exceptional standards of service. The staff are professional, courteous, and attentive at every level. From reception to food and beverage services, and especially housekeeping, the experience was consistently outstanding. Attention to detail and guest care were evident throughout my stay. A truly excellent experience—10/10/10.

Cons: The only recommendation I would like to make is regarding in-room amenities. While coffee was provided, there was no tea available. As not all guests are coffee drinkers, offering both tea and coffee would better accommodate guest preferences. For a prestigious hotel, this is a basic expectation. I was working late into the night and was disappointed to find no tea available, especially as room service had closed at 1:00 a.m. Addressing this small detail would further enhance an otherwise excellent guest experience.

Pros: Loved the pool & hot tub. Very clean hotel & getting a rose on our bed every night was so nice. The restaurant was expensive but with the free shuttle service is was easy to go to other restaurants.

Cons: Expensive restaurant

Excellent stay, will definitely be back very soon

Pros: The buffet breakfast was the best one I've had in the Niagara area. The staff was phenomenal, so friendly and attentive. The room was gorgeous, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The fireplace made the room very cozy. The entire hotel was beautiful.

Cons: The door in the shower in our bathroom didn't fully seal so we had to really watch that the water didn't hit that side of the shower.

Pros: The staff were very polite and friendly. The roses each night was a nice touch. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was good. The pool, jacuzzi and steam room were wonderful, clean and we really enjoyed using these facilities. It's nice that they're open until late too so we could squeeze it in at the end of the day.

Cons: We had a room on the ground floor and it was incredibly noisy in the morning with staff opening and banging doors, and chatting loudly to each other. The hotel is in need of some updating, the toilet handle was broken and the sinks don't drain properly. Others have commented on the xmas decor and I tend to agree, it is quite garish and cheap looking and doesn't go with the esthetic of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel!

Pros: The Christmas decor is beautiful. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

Cons: At that price, it would have been nice for breakfast to be included.
