Clean and very well maintained location. Great facilities and comfy private rooms.

Pros: Great stay, exceptionally well maintained. Very clean location. Best value for my dollar. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Cons: Wi-Fi outage on the 2nd night was mildly inconvenient. Also I accidentally left my boots on the main shoe rack (not the owner's fault I'll just need them to message me about getting them back. I can come back in a week or 2 to collect them).

Comfortable, quiet and clean.

Pros: I had quite a comfortable sleep and found the room, bathroom and other areas to be very clean. I didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to be equipped with a few small appliances (kettle, toaster-oven, hotplate, microwave) as well as a fridge. I would definitely book this location again when in the area.

Cons: No complaints.

Exceptionally clean property.

Pros: The property owner was very quick in answering any questions. Property well maintained and very clean. Towels and linen were clean and towels arranged very nicely on the beautifully made bed.

Fabulous Stay

Pros: The property was very clean. Close to food and coffee. The bed was cozy, comfortable and clean. Pillows were nice and fluffy. Towels were spotless and beautifully arranged on the bed. Bathroom was spotless and close to the room.

Cons: It was a little cool when not tucked in bed. Not freezing by any means, just cool.

Mine was a 27-day stay. It’s the 2nd time I spent time at this basement. I still like it like before.

Pros: We could do cooking and laundry. Room was well maintained. Location is convenient with my kind of restaurants around.

Cons: Because of sound insulation problem, they can’t put a TV or a radio in the room.
