I loved my stay here

Pros: The host was really great, nice and accommodating. The room and bathroom are spacious, enough room for two. The shared kitchen has lots of room for everyone and it’s constantly cleaned. I honestly have no complaints.

Overall a good stay.

Pros: Reasonable price in a very expensive city. Spacious.

Cons: Far from the city centre. Our room could have been cleaner. It was a litttle dusty.

Pros: we liked the layout of thr common area. the entrace was convenient except for the very narrow staircase

Cons: the rooms were noisy when others were outside or upstairs

Pros: Room was big and had all facilities. Kitchen is shared but everything was there. Toiletaties was provided and room was clean

Cons: Pillow was smelly , eventhough bed sheet and pillow case was changed, but pillow itself needs to be replace

Pros: I appreciated that the room was spacious and clean, with extra sheets and space to hang and store clothes, They give you plates, water and other stuff. The kitchen was very well equipped and organized, as was the refrigerator. I stayed there for five days and was able to work comfortably on my computer and cook. It's super convenient to have well-equipped stores within walking distance, as well as other food businesses, making them easy and quick to visit.The bed was hard, but I had no trouble sleeping at all. It should be noted that it is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Toronto Union Station (downtown) by public transport, and Ubers to get there are between $40 and $50, sometimes up to $60.

Cons: You can hear other people in the hallway, but in my case, I wore headphones most of the time. I was embarrassed about making calls or talking loudly because I didn't know if other rooms could hear me. You can always go out to the patio to do those activities tho. =)

{perfect location for me as could walk to where I was conducting my business.

Pros: Better communication with the host. Prior to arrival, I sent at least four emails about how to check in. I never heard back, so I was unsure about arriving. I went to the property anyway. I tried all the email and phone numbers you gave me, and the phone message box was full, as was the email. The host should more closely monitor their communication mediums.

Excelent Room and Location

Pros: We loved how big the room was and how cleaned it looked. We also liked that we had cutlery and plates inside the room. Very big shared kitchen with all the necessary tools for a short stay. The neighborhood felt very safe and calm.

Cons: During the night we could sometimes hear other people talk or walk on the hallway.

Pros: Ein sehr gut ausgestattet ist Apartment mit grossen Zimmern und jeweils eigenem Bad. Eine große Küche mit Sofa und genügend Geschirr , alles gut organisiert und sehr freundliche entgegenkommende Besitzer die auf unsere Nachfragen jederzeit schnell reagiert haben. Check-In war ganz problemlos. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt.

Excelente lugar.

Pros: La habitación es espaciosa, la cama es grande y cómoda, el baño amplio y grande. Hay secador, útiles de aseo y toallas que puedes usar. Hay un amplio closet y cómodas para guardar tu ropa y equipaje. Hay lavadora y secadora de pago económico, que sirve bastante para mantener la ropa limpia mientras se está de viaje. También te dejan loza en la habitación para que puedas usarla y en el refrigerador los espacios están marcados para cada habitación y hay una cocina equipada. Además, hay entrada autónoma y fácil para entrar, el barrio es muy seguro. La ubicación estuvo perfecta para mí, el paradero para llegar a la estación de metro Finch queda cerca y puedes llegar en transporte público a todas las atracciones turísticas en solo una hora. Al rededor del barrio hay locales y un McDonald's que cierra tarde. Muchas gracias por todo a la señora Stella y su marido, que son muy amables y simpáticos, también siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
