good size room, basic but very clean. Located in a nice neighbourhood, close to park and stores.

Pros: It's in a nice quite neighbourhood. Room is good size and clean.

Cons: The insulation between rooms is not satisfactory, so we can hear other people in the same house all the time. One of the guests upstairs was quite loud even after 11 pm. I wish the insulation could be better.
