Serenity on the Lake

The stay was enjoyable.

Pros: Breakfast was very good. They ensured that meals met all medically required food restrictions; they were knowledgeable about the restriction requirements and I felt safe consuming what was provided. The location was great. It is well within easy walking distance to the main street, parks, plus, the surrounding neighbourhood provided for a very enjoyable walk.

Cons: We liked it.

Great stay, great hosts

Pros: The size of the rooms and the cleanliness. It was immaculately clean. The hosts were fantastic and friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons: We would have liked a table in the room for writing, there was enough furniture that it worked out. The love seats were good enough. If the study or common space had a desk tall enough for typing, that would be great. Although I don't think too many guests come for a writing retreat. Also a clock in the room would be welcomed

Coziest Fall Stay

Pros: Breakfast was delicious and nutritious, portions were perfect and the view as well. The bedroom was neat and the bed was heavenly.

Beautiful property run with the upmost care.

Pros: The property is a beautiful house in a quiet location a 10 minute walk from the main town. Sonia and Guy are exceptional hosts who have taken the upmost care in providing a home from home. Breakfast is an event with an array of beautifully prepared dishes something of the like we have never come across before. I have to mention the beds which had the finest mattress i have had the pleasure to lay down on. Everything about Serenity on the Lake is quality and well worth a visit. Pros: Very comfortable and clean apartment. Excellent breakfast. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for fellow visitors to this beautiful place.

Pros: The hosts were extremely welcoming. The property was stunning, clean and spacious. The breakfast made by Sonia was scrumptious especially the fruit bread.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like but it would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We also stayed during a heatwave and would have very much appreciated the air conditioning being turned up but understand that is personal preference.

Serenity on the Lake truly lives up to its name!

Pros: Serenity on the Lake exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at dozens of bed and breakfasts over the years, and this was by far the top experience. Sonia and Guy bring this authentic warmth to hosting. The breakfasts were divine, but so was the genuine hospitality. They are obviously passionate about their business and the Niagara area, and you feel it from the moment you step foot in their beautiful home.

Wonderful house with fantastic host in a quiet but close to center and wineries area

Pros: The room is very nice and clean. The house is lovely, walking around 15 minutes to the town center through a wonderful park, and walking distance to some of the wineries. Breakfast was lovely, and the hosts, Sonia and Guy will give you all the info you need.

We had a wonderful time at Serenity on the Lake.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing. Sonia and Guy are exceptional hosts. They are very friendly and the attention to detail was fabulous. We loved the house and our room. Everything is new and very clean.

Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like.
