Pros: This is a very well thought out and comfortable place to stay. A great location, close enough to the main street and far enough away to be quiet. Walking distance to some restaurants. Johnson & Haili are delightful people.

Pros: The room and location were perfect! Although there wasn’t a full breakfast there were snacks, coffee and tea available at all hours of the day including fresh baked scones and croissants in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and warm. The couple who owned the property were especially kind. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

What a gem!

Pros: Amazing stay at Charlottetown House! Haili and Johnson made our stay just perfect. Very comfortable beds, spotless rooms, lovely sitting area and plentiful snacks all day long! So nice to have a coffee, tea or juice in the afternoon after a day of touring around. Washrooms had shampoo and conditionner supplied and plenty of towels. Walking distance from downtown is such a great feature and just across the street from the Pillar and Post spa. Easy bike ride to many vineyards. We will recommend this place to anyone travelling to NOTL. It's a gem!

I would go back there anytime

Pros: The room was very clean and cosy. We had everything that we need. The location was great. You can easily walk to Queen street. Our hosta were very friendly and helpfull. I would go back there anytime.

Would stay here again

Pros: Johnson and Heili were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and had everything you could need. Breakfast was boiled eggs, cheese, fruit, water and juice. Had tea, coffee, and little snacks as well. 15 minute walk to the main strip. Safe neighbourhood

Cons: Maybe have a no slamming of doors posted somewhere. Woke up startled both mornings because the people next door kept slamming there doors going in and out.
