Cedar Gables Bed & Breakfast

Pros: My wife and I spent Valentine’s weekend at Cedar Gables, and it was one of the most memorable stays we’ve had in Niagara-on-the-Lake. From the moment we arrived, Daina and Hanz made us feel genuinely welcomed. They strike that perfect balance of being attentive, warm, and professional—hosts who clearly love what they do and take pride in every detail. The home itself is spotless, comfortable, and full of charm, but the real standout was the hospitality. Breakfast both mornings was absolutely spectacular—beautifully prepared, generous, and made with real care. It set the tone for each day and reminded us why NOTL is known for exceptional B&B experiences. Cedar Gables is the kind of place you look forward to returning to. For anyone considering a stay in NOTL, or for the NOTL B&B Association looking to highlight outstanding hosts, Daina and Hanz represent the very best of what this community offers. We highly recommend Cedar Gables and look forward to visiting again.

Cons: Absolutely nothing

Pros: Great location to downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake. Owner was very friendly, very easy going. Lovely neighbourhood. Great room with an en suite washroom. We had everything we needed.

The hostess was lovely and welcoming. The home was lovely and airy. close to downtown but quiet.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Fresh berries from the garden - scones hot out of the oven. Superb. Everything was lovely. Coffee was hot and im always eager to have that first cup. A definite win.

Home away from home.

Pros: I booked this Bed and Breakfast to stay the weekend while running my first marathon in Niagara. The property is simply gorgeous inside and out with beautiful gardens and landscaping accessible for guests and a cozy and clean atmosphere inside the home. I stayed upstairs in a lovely suite with lots of space for me to rest and feel comfortable before and after my race. Parking and accommodations were easy and the host made it feel like a home. Thank you for everything!

Pros: The breakfast was completely different every day, and each day it was superb. The food was healthy, interesting, generous, fresh, homemade and beautifully presented. We've never had better. Our hostess was friendly and very helpful. She was both relaxed and attentive...a good combination!

Cons: Blackout blinds or curtains would be a welcome addition to our otherwise lovely and spacious room.
