Cons: At arrival it was not clear if and where it is possible to make hot water for a tea or coffee. And if it is possible to use the lounge room to relax.

Lovely stay at Niagara Falls!

Pros: I loved the B&B decoration, the rooms! They left a welcome letter on the door explaining everything I need to know about my stay (very organised!). Breakfast was delicious and served in a quaint dining room ✨. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. The bedroom was clean (+1 for the bathroom's cleanliness!). The property is well-located, but please note that if you don't have a car and you want to go a bit out of the busy area, you'll depend on public transport (a bus stop is nearby), walking, or a taxi service. I opted to walk, and it was ok for me, since I stayed at Niagara to see the main tourist points.

Pros: A wonderful stay unique from the boring hotel,.motel rooms as its name. A wonderful stay to remember. Close to town,walking and a breakfast you can only get in an expensive restaurant., recommend

Fantastic stay and would love to go back!

Pros: Fantastic place to stay with a great host. Loved the bed which was huge & so comfortable after a busy day at the falls. Loved the fact that everyone sat together at breakfast it was so nice chatting to everyone and finding out all their travel stories. The food was delicious too.

Cons: Very little I didn't like but if I had to choose the next time we visit I'll take my own toilet roll ☺️

Cons: Perhaps add an area rug in the bedroom. Perhaps provide a pre-breakfast selection.

Charming old house with delicious breakfast

Pros: Uncomplicated check-in at any time, great location as you can easily walk to the waterfalls, but are a bit outside of the main hustle, delicious breakfast in a unique setting!

Cons: Since the house is rather old, one could not open any windows in the room (nor the bathroom)

Charming home in central Niagara Falls location, with good facilities and warm, welcoming staff.

Pros: staff/owner very nice and professional. Great breakfast, room was spacious and great for the evening/night.

Cons: Parking could have been made better. Perhaps side parking spots marked. Parking behind premises marked.
