Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel

Great stay.

Pros: Everything was amazing, it is highly recommended but we had a small issue with the noize of the burner in our room which was a bit surprising, but everything else was amazing.

Cons: I wish we were in a different room where the burner noize and the friction was not felt.

Pros: Best getaway place! Great, friendly, and caring staff. Arriving half an hour early, I was able to check in. The room was clean with a view toward the U.S. falls. It's within walking distance of the falls, even in winter. Everything is great about this hotel, especially the staff and the breakfast! Will I come again? Surely, and I'll bring more people! The room is spacious, and they even have a two-bedroom suite without breaking the bank!

I will definite recommend this hotel to my friends especially in summer time to come for relaxing.

Pros: Breakfast is excellent, delicious but the portion is a bit too much for me. Room is clean, spacious and quiet. Staff are very helpful and friendly... I forgot my jacket in the washroom. They wrap it up neatly and called me to take it few minutes after we have checked out.

Wonderful stay

Pros: The breakfast and location were excellent. My room was spacious and nicely appointed. The walkout would have been welcome on a warmer day. .

Cons: I was given an accessible room but as I didn't need that, I found it cold in the room without a rug. Need a full length mirror somewhere.

Pros: Wonderful stay in such a lovely Victorian house. Beautiful room, very comfortable, cosy. Would definitely recommend it, so different from all touristics hotels of Niagara Falls. Very friendly. Would love to go back if I ever come again to Niagara Falls.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was just perfect

Pros: Our room was spacious, bright and very comfortable. Bathroom was luxurious. The breakfast was outstanding with a large selection of fresh pastries and fruit and made to order hot dishes.

Cons: Parking lot was not well plowed and difficult to maneuver in the difficult winter conditions.

Pros: The staff were lovely and the breakfast delicious! The bed was very comfortable.

Cons: I thought i had reserved a different room and was a bit surprised when I saw our room, as the garden view room was viewing a garden filled with snow. Some of your other rooms as pictured seemed to be more interesting in the way they were decorated. Were we to return, I wouldbe more careful in our room choice.

Great place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls !

Pros: The staff are phenomenal, very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was top notch, nothing to even try complaining about.

Cons: The rooms were basement rooms, considering this was once a residence we got put in the maid's quarters ! For this reason I will avoid booking hotel rooms in future on booking.com
