Excellent location and very clean B&B

Pros: Excellent location for exploring the falls. A very good breakfast.

Cons: No coffee machine in the room. Limited TV channels.

Our stay was very comfortable and restful.

Pros: Breakfast was very well presented & prepared. It included timely & individually cooked hot egg dish as well as fresh fruit & cereal with yogurt and selection of bread/toast & muffins.

Cons: On arrival our room designation was not clear from original booking.com correspondence. Telephone call to hosts, however, brought immediate resolution.

Overall, a great place to stay!

Pros: Great value for the money. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our vacations. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Walking distance to the Niagara Fallsview Trail. The owner is a nice person.

Cons: The rooms are not too big and the shower was in the room... however there is good ventilation so, no issues for us.

treated like royalty in this cozy retreat

Pros: room was small but comfortable. very clean. all the necessities were included. more closet/storage could have been useful. breakfast was tasty, lot of food.

Cons: would have preferred a choice for breakfast. everything was lovely and well presented. but we would not have selected the breakfast that was served to us.
