A Moment in Time Bed and Breakfast

We enjoyed our brief stay. It was both comfortable and convenient.

Pros: The check in time was very accommodating. It was located within a 12-15 minute walk of the concert venue we were attending with a nice choice of restaurants nearby. They served a delicious breakfast and engaged very warmly with their guests. They were also able to accommodate our dietary restrictions of avoiding gluten. The whole place was whimsically decorated with many authentic, vintage collectibles.

Cons: The room was cozy, but smaller than it appeared in the photos. Although there were several sources of heat, with an old fashioned radiator in the room and optional electric fireplace, the bedding was definitely not winter weight. There was no blanket provided, only a bedspread covering which felt like a summer weight quilt. Also, the bedding was clearly washed in a strongly scented laundry product, which may be an issue for those who may be sensitive to fragrance.

Pros: The staff was pleasant, and accommodating. My room was cozy and beautiful. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Overall it was memorable in the best ways. Much better than staying at a hotel. Everything that I needed was walking distance. I am looking forward to going back during the warmer months. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful experience. ❤️ I wasn't expecting to post photos, but I did manage to take a few...(I hope they do the b&b justice ☺️)

Fab stay - would recommend.

Pros: Food was great and the room was excellent. Everything was clean and safe - I would recommend staying here.

Cons: The bed was not to our liking, but that's a personal preference.

Pros: I have seen positive review of the property but I did not expect it to be so beautiful and well maintained. It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in Canadian trip

A charming period home set on beautiful gardens with wonderful hosts.

Pros: Incredible property, well looked after and the breakfasts were wonderful.

Cons: The only thing that I could critique, is the lack of a fan in the bathroom.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent different cooked breakfast every day, great variety of breakfast foods.

Pros: The owners and staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious, plentiful and all home cooked/prepared. What an amazing collection of collections fill this place. A Moment in Time for sure. Bravo.

A comfortable , well located period home ousing with character and charm

Pros: If you want to stay in a comfortable period home then this is the place for you. David and Doddy were fine hosts, who prepared a delicious home cooked breakfast each morning. The location was ideal with a 20 minute walk to the Skylon tower. Situated in a residential area, with free off road parking and close to local bars, restaurants and shops. The gardens were a delight to walk around very colourful and quirky..

Cons: Nothing.
