Pros: For what I paid, the room was exceptional. I was hoping for a fridge, did not expect the microwave, and the shower was clean with decent pressure. It was a quiet location, not a 2 minute drive from Little lake Park (with the Huronia museum) and five minutes drive, maybe 20 minutes walk from the start of the downtown area to the harbour. Then, to leave and visit the Martyr's shrine on the way out, it was so easy to go to the end of King and turned left on to hwy 12 - straight shot to the shrine, not even 10 minutes away. Considering other hotels were charging 50 more to stay 'downtown', i found this to be a great deal and an excellent location. a supermarket and convenience are practically next door for last minute shopping of necessities. Also? thank you for simplifying the tv situation. one remote, one power button, change the channels. easy. my last hotel had 3 remotes to adjust everything from sound and picture to freaking 'mood lighting' and it drove me nuts.

Cons: My only complaint was the mattress - a bit harder than I'm used to. I stole the blankets from the second bed to make an additional 'mattress' and that helped a good deal. Next time, I will definitely bring my body pillow in the car. Also, no breakfasts or food - though i realize this is a motel, not an actual HOTEL with a restaurant attached.

Pros: The room and bathroom were decorated and equipped to a very high standard. Parking bay was very large thus avoiding irritating neighbours. Snow clearance was excellent and particularly clearing snow off my vehicle. The cleaning lady was very accommodating and helpful. The gentleman tending to manage the parking was very friendly and helpful. Location close to downtown and very convenient for visiting tourist spots.

Cons: Nothing. I will stay there again in the future.

Pros: I was shocked and very pleased that the snow was shovelled off of my vehicle by staff after the first snowfall of the year dumped a foot of snow on midland.

Definitely recommend. As nice as a hotel but a few steps from your vehicle.

Pros: Fast check in. Clean and with character. Perfect location and silly affordable compared to other establishments.

Cons: Couldn't find ice machine.

Pros: Very clean, great staff. Good water pressure and great shower head.

Will definitely be back next yr when we boat to midland.

Pros: Ver6 basic room ver6 clean quiet and just great value for my money
