Pros: Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable and staff were so kind.

Pros: The location was amazing. The room were spacious and clean. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the corridors and lobby. the staff was very friendly.

Pros: Room was clean. Location was good. Good value for the money. I left my reading glasses behind and upon returning home called the hotel and they promptly sent them and received them within 4 days. Great stuff.

Cons: Breakfast could have a few more selections. The room could be a little larger but overall I can't really complain about anything.

This unassuming hotel in Bracebridge is a hidden gem that you need to see.

Pros: Check in was so fast! I have literally stayed in hundreds of hotels and never...NEVER has check in been so fast and efficient. I've stayed in 4 star hotels down to motels with questionable health practices. I even almost stayed at an air BNB in Hawaii that defrauded me but that's another story. None of them were as good as this place.

Cons: That I was only there for one night. I'm writing another sentence because booking.com wants me to write at least 2 sentences. I'll throw a third on for good measure.

Great value for a clean hotel!

Pros: Great location near restaurants. Room was very clean, with bedding that was cozy, soft and seemingly brand new. VERY clean room. Breakfast was small, but enough. 5 stars for the waffle maker.

Cons: The heating system was on the noisy side.

Pros: Our bed was super comfy and we had a great night’s sleep. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful from the front desk folks to the pair who cleaned our room.

Affordable and clean hotel with kind staff.

Pros: The hotel was spotless, with signs stating they were short-staffed, but we did not notice. The front desk staff were extremely kind. We travelled with our 6 and 3 years old. Within a 5-minute walk, there is an excellent breakfast place (the continental breakfast looked terrific, but the kids wanted to go out), a grocery store, a Chuck's Roadhouse, and a Starbucks. We chose this hotel because it is only 9-minutes from Santa's village. We will pick this hotel if we are out in that area again!

Cons: It didn't have a pool. Obviously, this is no fault of the hotel or staff, and we were aware of it at booking. There are lots of things to do very close to the hotel so it was not an issue at all.
