A one night stay

Pros: All that was made available in the location and the room itself was quite nice and made our stay enjoyable for the short period we were there.

Cons: It would have been nice to have better pictures of the grounds, better clarity on pool and hot tub access, and it was regrettable that for the price paid on such a short stay that a breakfast the next day wasn't actually included. The online Booking.com listing seemed to indicate it would be part of the purchase but onsite information said that it only pertained to Mondays when a bagged breakfast is available. We found this somewhat misleading as having a meal included the next day was why we chose this site over a competitor, and though the price for the meal was highly reasonable the feeling of being misled while we made our stay selection was very displeasing.

Pros: The outdoor pool was absolutely amazing!!! Our queen beds were super comfortable and made for a very relaxing stay. Definitely will be returning for another stay soon.

Wow factor in Wasaga!

Pros: The room was amazing, comfy bed and amazing shower. Nice furniture too , loved the kitchen, only wish we could have stayed longer to use it. Would highly recommend for a few days stay for all it has to offer, lovely hotel.

Cons: Everything surpassed our expectations.

Very good.

Pros: Very spacious room, everything worked, pleasant, helpful staff.

Cons: Room 420 next to back door and whenever someone went out the door made noise. That said, patio outside our room was being used by patrons you were drinking and smoking and going in and out for some reason. No activity at night thank goodnes.

Pleasant stay

Pros: The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly and the location was good.

Cons: The TV didn’t work perfectly. At first it wouldn’t turn on then it stopped for a few seconds before it came back on. It would be nice to have breakfast included for $200.

OK but a good breakfast in the morning sure starts your day. You didn’t have that.

Pros: Wasn’t offered with our stay but it should have been for what we paid. Went down the street to Shire and it was a fabulous breakfast.

Good stay.

Pros: Easy access to the rooms. The floor in the room was vinyl. No more smell of carpet cleaners. We knew it was clean. No bacteria hidden in the carpet. Staff were nice..

Cons: Some of the parking was on grass and dirt. Never encountered parking lots like it. The first room I was given was occupied by someone. The staff did find me an empty room and verified it was empty before handing me the keys. I worked in a hotel when I was a young adult and I understand things don't always go as planned. But I thought with computer reservations and check-ins this would be eliminated. I stayed there 2 years ago as a walk-in, with no problems.

Pros: The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, warm and helpful.

Cons: There was just 1 person and same person who waited tables and cooked the meals for breakfast and she was not very happy about it either.

Pros: We loved the staff with how friendly they are, loved the pool and area, location was great.

Cons: The bed wasn't as comfortable.

Overall experience exceeded my expectations

Pros: Amazing staff! Nice quiet hotel. I loved the room itself, very spacious, room was very clean (especially the bathroom & jacuzzi tub)

Cons: The outside of the building itself look a little run down, and over all just need to be updated. I used to come there when I was younger and it’s generally still the exact same. That was over 15 years ago.
