Hampton Inn & Suites Orangeville

So good I came back twice!

Pros: My second visit, to a lovely hotel that ticks all the boxes.

Pros: Great staff who were very understanding when I made a mistake on my booking. Great facilities and lovely breakfast.

Staff were very helpful and location was perfect for local visit.

Pros: Location is quiet and bed is comfortable - I needed a good rest before the Lake Island Classic Race.

Pros: It was a new building and I could tell a lot of effort had been made to accommodate different accessibility needs. There was braille signage, a lift chair to get into the swimming pool and visual doorbells on deaf accessible rooms. We got great customer service from everyone we spoke to.

Cons: There weren't any changing rooms at the swimming pool to shower in private and get changed into dry clothes, instead we had to go up to our rooms. The washing machine didn't have clear pricing on it (although the front desk agent was able to tell me) and the machine had a leak. This was apparently reported earlier in the day but there was no signage to warn guests and my backpack got wet sitting on the floor while I waited on the machine.

Pros: Hotel looks brand new, was clean and the breakfast was great

Cons: There was no coffee in our room

Pros: It was a great stay. Only thing was that we were told that bacon was coming out soon for breakfast, but it never did. Does not affect my rating. Still a 10. Thank you.

Pros: Everything was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Pros: Hotel is only about 6 months old. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. All areas were very clean. Very close to several restaurants and shopping.

Cons: The air conditioner was loud for being new. I mentioned it to them on checkout.

All-in-all I would stay here again. I was traveling alone and felt safe.

Pros: The rooms were comfortable, I got a king suite and it suited me perfectly. The Staff was friendly and the hotel was peaceful.

Cons: The A/C / Heater in the room was pretty loud and my room was a little dirty, just a couple of spots missed on surfaces.
