Good value with easy highway access

Pros: I was advised by the check-in staff that I had been upgraded to a superior larger King room in the North Members Tower. A nice bonus.The hotel has 2 separate room towers and a great indoor pool. Kids will love the indoor pool waterslide. There's also a 24 hour snack shop just off the lobby. A nice perk for late night snacks. They also serve Starbucks coffee during certain hours.

Cons: Older rooms with outdated carpets but very clean. Rooms by the elevator can be a bit noisy but not overly annoying.

Pros: Lovely hotel, comfortable room, staff very helpful

Cons: Swimming pool was closed, one of the reasons we booked it in the first place.

Pros: Clean rooms and comfortable bed, staff was helpfull and always there if you ever need anything. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was delicious I would definitely come back.

Pros: A nice hotel, rooms clean and staff super friendly we had an upgrade for both rooms I really had a great experience and the kids loved it too.

Decent stay for the money.

Pros: Clean rooms. Nice work desk with powerbar and extra connectivity for laptop. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Didn't like being charged extra for parking. Needed clearer instructions on where to park. Got a parking ticket (the front desk did say they would take care of it. Pool was closed for cleaning.

A wonderful hotel in a great location.

Pros: We were upgraded to a King bedroom in a quiet tower. It was roomy and had a heavenly bed. I was very happy that the snack bar served Starbucks coffee. The front staff were very helpful and cheery.

Cons: We were disappointed that the pool slide was closed for the limited time we had even though it was suppose to be open.

Overall was good but could be better!

Pros: Breakfast was great, most of the staff were great. Kids had fun on the slide. Cleaning staff were fabulous! Always asking if we needed more towels or anything to make our stay more enjoyable.

Cons: Staff that checked us in was rude when I asked about slide hours as the website and the sheet of paper she handed me had the incorrect hours. Chlorine levels very very high in the pool which was hard on the eyes. Room was made for 4 people yet only 2 chairs in room which made eating room service hard with kids!!

Excellent hotel, clean and reasonable value for the comforts it offered.

Pros: Well maintained hotel given its age. Very pleased.

Cons: Was not clear to me on booking that parking was an add on cost.

Overall nice hotel

Pros: We've stayed a few times over the years, the hotel is mostly clean (we found an empty bottle under the bed last time we stayed here), mostly quiet, overall met our expectations

Cons: They charged us for parking saying they do not own the parking lot even though parking was free all the previous times we stayed there. The hostess was borderline rude about it and put the charge on my card even though we told her we'd pay at the meter. It was sorted out in the end but customer service could have been better.
