Nice experience

Pros: The first impression i made,was about the outstanding welcoming by the front desk receptionist Oshin,she was extremely professional, highly skilled and wonderfully helpful. The moment I arrived hours before my check in time, i told her I was so exhausted if driving over three hours, she made me a great favor making my room ready earlier that was amazing. My room was nicely furnished, clean and large enough,view was ok,can't complain,bed eas comfortable and clean,briefly that was satisfying. The next morning, I headed to the breakfast lounge,the old waitress lady was very sweet and helpful way she made me remember my mother. I do highly thank the staff for their exceptional care and kindness.

Cons: Honestly the furniture at the Lobby was old and badly maintained, and there were renovations going on,but noise and dust were fairly controlled.

This is a gem-highly recommend! (they are renovating, and it looks great!)

Pros: Highly recommend this hotel and location. They are under renovations, and it's coming along nicely! I didn't use any of the amenities, but the room condition was great. Most hotel rooms have smart tv's, but the TV was not, just for info purpose, didn't matter to me. Lot's of parking. Room was quiet. The rating currently for this hotel should be much better. This is not a luxury hotel, so don't expect that. Great for just needing a room for a night or 2.

Good price/value

Pros: Price value good if you need to do a trip to Mississauga. If you need to combine with Toronto also good but a bit away. I had both and for me was perfect. The persons working their were very kind.

Pros: Excellent clean room, comfortable, clean new bed, comfortable pillows and blankets, friendly staff.

My favourite for hotels I've stayed at so far, but a few things to watch for.

Pros: The room was clean for the most part! Was actually suprised as I am very picky with the cleanliness of hotel rooms. The pool and hot tub were at lovely temperatures, they were convenient and fun.

Cons: The pool facilities were not clean, I found a piece of glass and a lot of hair. Only one jet in the hot tub works. My top cover for my bed had hair on it, but the rest of my sheets were clean. The walls had a lot of fingerprints too. But it was nice to see everything else was dusted or wiped down.

Good value for the money

Pros: Convenient location Friendly staff Good value for the money Restaurant was good

Pros: It was nice and comfortable. We were happy with our room and enjoyed the breakfast in their restaurant.

Cons: There were no towels at the pool. The front desk was told at least three times, but no towels ever showed up.

My family and I had a great stay kids liked the pool and hot tub

Pros: The Breakfast was very good. We ate all our meals there because kids ate for free. Love it.
