Pros: The aesthetic is nice, clean, plenty of parking, free upgrade to king & customer service is great

Cons: Had a little hiccup with the freezer. Not a big deal at all. The switched our room right away

Pros: good Room I have stayed here before and it was terrific .... I like the set up. and also the restaurant is nice

Cons: OUr coach left without notifiying us in the bar that they were leaving.so we missed the first bus

Excellent hotel, great value for money, we will be staying again!

Pros: Easy to get to from the airport. Room was very nice. Beds very comfortable and shower was excellent. Water provided every day and nothing was too much trouble for the concierge staff

Cons: We would have liked a little shop to buy fruit and yogurt etc.

Cons: Bed was a little soft for our liking. The toilet was really short.

Pros: I stayed with my partner for the night as well live much more east and had to work in hamilton the next day. It placed our commute in half so we booked the hotel for the night. The bed was comfy, appreciated having a king size, and shower was perfect, when we checked in it was almost midnight so we could not use the services during our stay but the hotel staff were great

Overall a really good hotel. Would stay again.

Pros: The staff are fantastic at this hotel. There is a really good restaurant which is reasonably priced and the food is good quality. Great pool and gym.

Cons: Nothing much not to like. The decor in the room is starting to look tired, which is commensurate with the age of the building.
