Pros: The services especially from the manager He was great

Pros: Friendly staff, some minutes away from the subway station, great atmosphere inside. I do recommend it

Pros: Comfortable bed. The place is older but it has the facilities you need and it is very clean. Comfortable couches in seating area. Great location with short walk to subway.

Cons: Sometimes, cigarette smoke would come in through the window from the outdoor seating area, which could affect anyone with sensitivity to smoke.

Pros: Excellent location,lots of restaurants and good shops WiFi worked bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water,good kitchen with great cooker kettle etc and the people there were friendly and welcoming ❤️

Simply a hidden gem minutes from downtown Toronto

Pros: First of all, the amazing staff (Mary and Alex) and the friendliness of the regular guests. Second, Location. Location. Location. It's just a few minutes' walk from Broadview subway station on the Bloor-Danforth Green line (which is horizontal in the maps). And parking is very easy in this part of the city (even overnight parking). Third, the fact that you have complete access to a fully-loaded kitchen with a large fridge, a cooker with strong burners and a functioning oven, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, etc (They even have a washer and dryer but I've never had to use them).

Cons: Nothing I could think of honestly...

housing at a good price

Pros: great location of the hostel, close to metro, trams, restaurants, grocery stores, friendly staff, quite clean. for unpretentious people

Cons: need to add amenities to bed number five

Pros: Clean place, good neighbourhood and close to the subway. The host is nice and the place is exactly what you would expect.

Pros: I like that I was able to buy food and store it in the fridge and cook it Zen Hostel facilities are fully equipped with everything that is required while on my stay

Cons: There could be an improvement with a detailed map of the location of Zen Hostel also giving instructions of different methods of transportation how to reach the Zen Hostel An intercom system could be helpful

Good location and value for money

Pros: Jenn and her husband are nice, great at recommending where to go around. Everyone was nice there, I liked them. Great location, and easy to maneuver. The subway station is around the corner.

Cons: Sharing one bathroom amongst eight people was quite a hassle, especially in the morning
