Bright and Quiet Bedroom near Subway

Pros: Warm and spacious bedroom. Comfortable bed and very clean facilities. Friendly and attentive staff. Very nice location close to downtown by public transport.

If you want a cheap place in a nice location spotless clean this is the place

Very close to the metro station

Pros: Close to the metro station, in a quiet area it is good for visiting the center of the city. The owner is very kind

Cons: The room was a litfle hot

Pros: Frank was very welcoming and always at hand. The room is perfect even for longer stay, the shared bathroom was just next door, nice and clean with beautiful vintage bathtub. Shared kitchen and fridge was also convenient. Thanks, I enjoyed that, Frank!!

Quaint little place in Koreatown

Pros: Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops and lively clubs

Cons: The old fashioned tub with shower was a bit difficult to get in and out of with mobility issues but fine overall

A Nice and quiet place to visit Toronto easily

Pros: Frank's house is a peaceful place to visit Toronto. The subway station (line 2) is really close by! The house is charming. My room was spacious and tasteful. I particularly appreciated the garden behind the house for reading quietly. Frank is an attentive host and always concerned about doing well. This place is the anti-impersonal rental! Frank is there when needed without ever imposing himself.

Cons: maybe make the garden in front of the house more welcoming.

Pros: Quiet place, for sure. A little too quiet even :D Metro/subway is close (runs only after 8 on Sunday for some reason :D) Communication was perfect.

Cons: Maybe some clearer instruction/overview for the start, I was a bit unsure as to what I can and cannot use. But this was really a minor thing.

Pros: Great location, near restaurants/laundromat/transport. Clean spacious room, great shower and bathroom. Not on a busy street.

Cons: Only problem is tram noise/rumble evening and then morning and so used earplugs, mostly successful sleep.

Pros: The neighborhood is very pleasant, quiet, and residential, and the house is fantastic. I would have liked to stay there longer. I would definitely come back.

stayed two nights before heading to university of Toronto for registration. strongly recommended

Pros: location is great, only few mins walk to the subway; the room is cozy and has everything I need. the host is easy to communicate and very generous to provide assistance when I approached him.
