Spacious Room with Ensuite Bathroom near Subway

Pros: Great location, so close to Metro. Lovely warm room

Pros: This place has impeccable location, great quiet and safe neighborhood, close to subway and also has a municipal parking lot nearby. The room is spacious and spotless clean with all the amenities and very functional kitchen. The communication with Frank was efficient and effective, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who visit Toronto!

Pros: The location is super convenient, just in front of the subway station Barthust of Line 2. Also a very vibrant neighbourhood witj lots of restaurants of every kind!

Pros: Room was clean, instructions were clear and the owner responded to my questions accurately and timely.

Pros: It was a great location, near to restaurants in koreatown, near to a metro station and a lot of supermarket

Cons: The bathroom did not have a door for privacy in case you travel with a partner, in my case I was alone but is good to know in case you do.

Pros: The unit is situated close to subway station. It is about 100 meters walk and 50m walk from the street car Bloor station.

Pros: Very clean bedroom, and comfortable too. Conveniently close to metro station, grocery store, and lots of restaurants. Good Internet connection via WiFi. Shared kitchen was a nice unexpected bonus. Easy self-service check-in and check-out. Apartment owner lives upstairs so any problems can be dealt with quickly (but I did not have any).

Cons: Bedroom downstairs can be noisy - I'm not sure if the noise comes from metro or streetcar, but the deep rumbling can be bothersome. It's a nice old wooden house, but obviously it means noises from other parts of house can be heard too.

Affordable price point, very comfortable, in a great location, and we really enjoyed it

Pros: Loved having an ensuite bathroom and dimmable lamps in the bedroom. It was very comfortable to make ourselves at home in the space because of that. Having access to a fridge and microwave was awesome for leftovers from going out for meals, and the kitchen is available for cooking if you want, although we didn't end up using it. The location was also fantastic as there were lots of shops and food options less than a block away which was super convenient and made it nice to go for a walk and see what you could find

Cons: There was no main light so it was very dark in the bedroom, which is awesome for in the evening or at night, but it was hard to feel like it was daytime when it was so dark in the afternoon, even with the curtains open. I did like the extra privacy provided from the window film though, and if you're spending the day out and about then it won't be an issue. I didn't see in the listing that there were multiple rooms that could be rented from the same house, so I was surprised to hear another person staying there as well. We never crossed paths because we each had our own space but it doesn't feel as private and it would have been nice to know ahead of time

Warm and tranquil; clean, simple and beautiful: a perfect stay in Toronto.

Pros: Extremely convenient to take the subway. I love the clean, modern, and spacious bathroom. The bed is so comfortable and I slept very well. The room is thoughtfully designed, everything is carefully presented, and kept very clean. Everything in the room does not only function well but also look beautiful. I love the simplicity and tranquility that the room provides. The host communicates very well, and I got all the information that I needed. I am very satisfied.

Cons: Perhaps one or two paper cups for rinsing mouth, brushing teeth, and drinking water? That would be great!!

Pros: The labels and letter upon entry were very helpful. The host was also very accommodating as we requested a later checkout time. The entry instructions were also clear and helpful.

Cons: No bathroom door or nightlight in the washroom. Small details but they would make a difference in my opinion. I was also unsure of how/if the door needed to be re-locked upon leaving so it may be helpful to add that info to check out instructions.
