Nice place, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Our host Kevin was really nice and he helped us to understand three locating and the best way to move around the city. His home is really clean and beautiful. It is not to far from the center. Recommended.

Pros: It is nice and clean appartement. Kevin the owner is very helpful and polite. I good park my car on the driveway. Good place to stay

Very good value for money, great location and amazing host.

Pros: Property was extremely clean, and host was very helpful and nice. Location was actually great too.

Cons: WiFi was a bit weak in the queen suite.

Next time I'm in Toronto, this place will definitely be the place I will stay! Highly recommend!

Pros: The location. The bedroom was large and bright, with a view of the CN Tower. A lovely airy kitchen/dining area, with everything I needed. A lovely big walk in shower. It was so easy to get to downtown Toronto, via public transport, as the streetcar stop was less than a 5 minute walk away. The best thing though, was the wonderful host, called Kevin! From the beginning of my stay, until the end, he could not have been any more helpful, or kind. Nothing was too much trouble for him! A really lovely man!

Cons: There was nothing at all that I did not like.

Pros: The home was beautiful, clean & modern, and very quiet. Everything felt fresh and tidy, the bed is firm but comfortable. We appreciated a simple selection of toiletries in the bathroom, and a fully stocked ready-to-use kitchen. The windows can be opened, with wooden shutters to block out light and the room had a ceiling fan if needed, very easy to control the environment in the room. The home is in a great location, close to groceries and amazing restaurants & shops, very walkable or easy to catch public transit. The host uses modern keypads instead of door keys, which is genius and easy. The host is not intrusive, very polite and kind.

Cons: It is a very quiet home and other guests are respectfully quiet as well. This is not necessarily a negative point.

Pros: Kevin was truly kind, and the room was exceptionally clean and well organized. When we didn’t have a wine opener, he not only bought one for us but even opened the bottle. His hospitality was amazing, and I was so happy to stay in such a great location. I would definitely come back again whenever I visit Toronto.

Pros: Kevin was great, kept a parking spot for us. Everything was as advertised, the room is comfortable, the neighborhood really cute and quiet. Perfect place for a couple, i can only recommend.

Pros: The stay was very relaxing and Kevin is a great and helpful host. The cooking facilities are very good, suitable for both short and longer stays.

Pros: Same as described, Kevin was so kind and helped us carry our luggage to our rooms. The room and facility were clean and the location was also good. Would book here again if I happen to visit Toronto again
