Pros: Rooms are basic, but have everything you need. Kitchen is also well equipped. Everything is very clean. The price is very cheap for Toronto, so if you're on a budget, don't mind sharing a bathroom but still want your own room, this one is for you. There's a supermarket 5 minutes away and you have your allotted space in the fridge/freezer. Going into town took around 45 minutes by bus/Subway and was between 1 - 3.50 Canadian Dollars per trip. It's also in a quiet suburban area. I felt safe walking there at night.

Cons: No notes, this was exactly as advertised and a real bargain for Toronto!

I would stay at this location again.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay at this location. The owner was very accommodating from checkin right through my stay. All my needs were addressed and the location is close to many amenities as well as the metro.
