Good value rental, needs updating, not very private.

Pros: clean inside, staff/owner communication was great,

Cons: bedroom/bathroom was always freezing even when turning temp up, no privacy outside, outside chairs were very old & full of spider webs and dirt, exterior of building is very old & needs painted/updated, had to buy our own bbq utensils (brush, tongs).
