Blue Spruce Bed and Breakfast Muskoka

Super lovely stay at a B&B

Pros: Super friendly host and amazing breakfast from a vegetarians perspective. The place was clean and quiet. Tea and coffee in the room in addition to breakfast was nice. Fully loaded tv with all the streaming services and fridge was nice to keep things cold. Hot shower. Loved it!

Cons: Meat in the breakfast would have made it even better from an omnivore's perspective. Bed could have been a bit more supportive, it was a memory foam bed, and we love a firm bed. Extra towels and slippers would be nice too.

Strongly recommend to anyone regardless if traveling for business or joy.

Pros: Breakfast and overall experience was beyond any expectation.

Pros: The Blue Spruce Bed and Breakfast is located in a delightfully quaint, historic home right down the road from the Wharf and most attractions in downtown Gravenhurst. The house itself was exceptionally clean and remarkably quiet. Ange and Bill were wonderfully accommodating and friendly. Breakfast (we had pancakes and eggs) was delightful and cozy, and we enjoyed getting to chat with fellow travellers and our hosts.

Cons: The only complaint we have, and it is truly a minor, first world issue, is that the Roku box in our room was not working, so if we had truly wanted to watch tv, we couldn't have.

Ideal location for Muskoka Bay waterfront, with restaurants and cruise departures.

Pros: Location was awesome. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Cons: Unfortunate but necessary road repairs. However, both the construction crew and hosts of Blue Spruce were exceptional in organizing entry/stopping work to allow us entry to the bed and breakfast. The construction crew were forewarned of our arrival and provided terrific assistance, especially with a person with challenges walking with cane. We couldn’t have asked for more helpful and supportive people!

I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Very comfortable room - it was small, but well appointed, comfortable, and extremely functional. Ange and Bill were warm and welcoming and generous with their home and information. The breakfast was very yummy!

Pros: My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at Blue Spruce B&B. The house was cozy, the owners were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely return.

Pros: Blue Spruce in Gravenhurst is a charming historical house run by hosts Ange and Bill. The rooms are smaller in size however wonderfully cozy - we had a private bathroom stocked with toiletries and fresh towels. The bed was very comfortable and beautifully adorned. The air conditioning was adequate. If you enjoy meeting fellow travelers over breakfast, this is the perfect place for you. Ange and Bill are warm, hospitable, and always ready to help. Breakfast provided by hosts was a highlight—homemade French toast with fresh berries, juice, individual fruit bowl and hot coffee—absolutely delicious and delightfully indulgent!

Cons: Unfortunately, the property was surrounded with construction. Beyond the property owner's control. The guests should however be notified.

Angie & Bill are so courteous & always welcome you with open arms

Pros: Second time at this location & the breakfast always is above expectations

Cons: They’re was construction on the roads going to the property , not the owners fault & that was the only glitch

Lovely B&B, excellent value for money

Pros: Ange & Bill are very welcoming, hospitable and excellent hosts. Despite a storm and a power cut they made sure everything was ready as expected. The rooms are a good size, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommend.
