Pros: Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room had exactly what we needed and was clean.

Pros: Clean rooms...great location.. nice people that run it. Second year we stayed here . Will come back again. Very close to the main beach. Just down the street. The guy at desk upgraded my room at no charge. Great stay.

Cons: They dont have an ice machine but did offer to give a bit they had.

Pros: Free parking. Fridge and microwave in the room. Good location. Great value for money

Perfect spot for a short stay in the area!

Pros: Perfect location on the main highway through town, perfect for staying while attending the festival in Sauble Beach nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you needed.

Cons: Bathroom was a bit small and there were a couple stains on the walls that looked like they got missed while cleaning.

Pros: Was within 3 blocks to the evening attention that was the reason for my 1 overnight stay.

I recommend this little gem.

Cons: I liked everything except the noise of traffic as it's on the main road and which is actually beneficial for me so much to move around easily.

Very clean and modern. Reasonably priced.

Pros: Check-in was smooth and the room was very clean with modern decor. The location was great and close to everything we needed. The tub was a little small but great hot shower with good pressure. Garbage emptied the following day without asking. Bed remade and towels replaced as well, which some guests may like.

Cons: For us the bed and pillows unfortunately were not comfortable, so our sleep wasn't great. The bed also had a decorative covering over the flat sheet (no blanket in between), which wasn't comfortable covering up with. The heater/ A/C unit was modern but a bit loud and drowned out the tv.

Pros: Room was close to everything we wanted to do. the beds were clean. Staff was friendly. Checking in was a breeze and room was over all comfortable

Cons: I had noticed the towels in the bathroom were stained, I was hesitant to use them.

I was very satisfied with the All Seasons Motel, as it was clean and the location was excellent.

Pros: The location was great. I could walk to restaurants and to the beach. I appreciated the refrigerator as I brought my own food and made sandwiches for my lunch. The microwave was a blessing as I could heat up food for my dinner. I liked how clean the room was and that there was no odour of any kind - no perfume smell, no stale cigarette smoke smell, no musty smell. I also really liked how comfortable the mattress was. It was firm just the way I like it.

Cons: I could hear people running above me. I was disappointed that I couldn't park right in front of my room. In the evening, I could hear people outside talking.
