By far the best motel of its price range in the area. Well-maintained, modern, comfy!

Pros: Incredibly well-maintained rooms and very clean. The room (including bathroom) was very modern - I was stunned by how nice it was for the price I was paying. The premises was peaceful and quiet at night, and everything from the towels, heater, television, desk, and bed made for a comfy stay as a solo traveler. After going to other similarly priced motels in the area, cannot state enough how much better this place is compared to those.

Cons: If I really had to nitpick, the room chairs were a little older/uncomfortable and I usually just sat on the bed if I wasn't at the desk doing work. But as I was only staying a night it really wasn't something that affected my stay much.

Excellent, highly recommended.

Pros: The owners/staff were exceptional and very accommodating. I have stayed at this Motel twice now, and on each occasion, my experience has been the same. I would highly recommend this Motel (Royal Inn, Burlington ONT). BTW - The WIFI was excellent too..
