Pros: convenient location for getting into centre, and great that there was a dedicated parking area. Clear information sent in advance with codes etc. and quick response to queries during stay. Large, spacious apartment. Good selection of bathroom toiletries provided. quick response to my query regarding bedding. convenient shops nearby.

Cons: More hand towels would be good as there were 4 of us. sink and bath plugs would be helpful.

Pros: Clean and located within easy transit to downtown, Scotiabank Arena, etc. Good restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance. Excellent kitchen and free parking. Overall was very pleased with our room.

Good location, good apartment.

Pros: Easy location; close to public transport and short distance to central.

Cons: Apartment smelled like old cooking oil. It was also in need of soft furnishings to make it feel more cosy and reduce noise from surrounding flats.

Well-appointed apartment in a lively location.

Pros: Generous sized apartment, clean and well appointed. Instructions for access clear and timely. Off-street parking much appreciated.

Cons: Flat four is up two long flights of stairs, windows onto Queen Street with its urban bustle. This could be a problem for those unused to city living. Apartments looking out onto the back are available.

Amazing !

Pros: We checked in early without hesitation. Everything exceeded our expectation's. The lay out and “architecture” was a bonus. At the end of the night we were able to curl up and enjoy Netflix provided by Lum which was a great asset most places don’t include. I highly recommend this establishment to my friends and family and will 100% book again. I booked last minute (the night before) and got the best deal for the perfect location. Upon online booking Lum sent me private confirmation right away, easing all my booking stresses. Thank you so much ! Look forward to my next stay with you @ Lum The Queen 😀

Pros: Bien situé et confortable. Plutôt propre de manière générale et assez grand!

Cons: Le rose de moisissure sur le carrelage de la douche et sur le rideau! Il manque quelques items de cuisine comme de grande assiettes.

Todo perfecto salvo la accesibilidad

Pros: Bien ubicado, a 20 min andando del centro, o en caso de pedir un Uber, bastante barato. Es grande y cuenta con bastantes utensilios. El personal atiende rápidamente por chat ante cualquier necesidad.

Cons: Lo peor han sido las escaleras de la entrada, muy estrechas y en forma de caracol. Muy difíciles de bajar con maletas.

Cons: l'absence d'ascenceur quand on a plusieurs valises

Pros: Die Größe des Apartments ist sehr gut, es gibt alles, was man brauchen kann. Self Check in hat einwandfrei und wie beschrieben funktioniert.

Cons: Im Schlafzimmer funktioniert das Fenster nicht, es wurde etwas warm nachts.
