Very comfortable. Excellent value for the money paid.

Pros: Very clean. Excellent bed, Very good value for the price

Cons: The room was very cold. Maybe the air conditioner control was not working properly. Just a minor issue.

Pros: For the price it was fantastic and 100% would stay again, there is a large games room, a kitchen and laundry room guests can use. The games room is open 24/7 too! The bathroom is very nice and clean.

Cons: The room was very cold (which wasn’t horrible since it was hot outside) but even changing the temperature didn’t make much of a difference. We also had silverfish in our room and an earwig. Also the tvs are very small (monitor size)

Great value, great place

Pros: Loved this place .great value. Quiet. Clean. What’s not to like. If you are looking for a five star stay, try an expensive hotel but if you want a great place to base yourself for Toronto and surrounding area , stay here

Pros: This is basically a student residence at Seneca College. It's clean and it's got everything that you'd need--including a proper reception desk. However, don't expect pots and pans and cutlery and such, because they offer exactly what they'd offer to a new student moving in. Despite the lack of breakfast at this place, I'd say that the place offers exceptional value and will definitely return if I have such need again.

Cheap stay and met all my excpectations

Pros: This is a student residence that is also a hotel/motel. Away from downtown Toronto but in a very quiet area. Easily accessible from Hwy 400 or 404. Cheap!!!

Pros: It was an ideal place to stay before going to Canada's wonderland. The campus was clean and great for walking around.

Cons: The visitors were making so much noise at night. They even knocked the door of our room just for fun.
