Pros: This hostel exceeded my expectations. The location is close to the CN Tower and Lake Ontario, and it’s a three-minute walk to the 510 streetcar. The staff are very friendly, and the common areas are kept very clean. However, since it’s a hostel, you may occasionally encounter some unusual roommates. Other than that, I was pleasantly surprised by the price.

Great Location, Better Price

Pros: We have stayed at Clarence Park twice now and both times were wonderful. This time we were upgraded to a wonderful room with a small balcony and the room was very spacious.

Cons: Everything was great, there was a short wait to check in but they had a few people checking in.

Another great stay

Pros: I love the rooms and the location. When travelling through Toronto, this hostel is the closest place to the train station which is reasonably priced, and the private rooms are great! I will be staying again in August.

A great stay in Toronto made for an excellent day trip

Pros: This was an excellent find for my stay in Toronto. Firstly, the accommodation was great, from the kitchen to the bedrooms and the bathroom. Furthermore, it was strategically located nearby trams and buses to get around the city. I also enjoyed the fact that I had a very quiet and peaceful night out of my walk around the town. The staff also accommodated me quite well when I needed to eat a midnight meal and allowed me to use the kitchen at the time. The luggage store was also very convenient for helping me to catch my flight the next day. Very lovely place!

Overall good experience. Would stay again but in a different room.

Pros: Friendly staff, good location, easy to meet and socialize with other guests.

Cons: Room #4 on 3rd floor too hot even with window open in winter. Also, sink only has hot water and no cold.

Pros: The hostel is located in the center of Toronto which is very convenient, the big train station is 20 minutes away from it. The staff was really nice and kind. We had an inconvenience with our sink and someone came very quickly to repair it. The kitchen is well-equipped and 4 people can cook easily in it at the same time. The room was very nice, and the female-only option is very convenient. Thank you so much!

Cons: Our bathroom was a bit dirty when I arrived.
