A clean, comfortable place to stay with an excellent, warmhearted host

Pros: Our stay here exceeded our expectations! The room was clean and comfortable, and our host, Bertha, was very kind. She recommended nearby places for us to visit, such as a restaurant with a beautiful view of the lake. She served an excellent breakfast, too. Each morning, we enjoyed delicious dishes made with fresh fruits and vegetables. While we were there, we enjoyed Eggs Benedict, strata, watermelon, and more. Everyone at our table loved the presentation. She gave us a big hug when we left. We'd love to come back!

Pros: The overall experience was exceptional. Beautiful venue, with a fabulous outdoor patio. Great breakfasts from Bertha. Tasteful decorations in the house. Comfortable, we'll appointed room. Great location. And Bertha was a fantastic host!

Pros: Exceptionally decorated and comfortable clean property, house manager went out her way to help with any ask, very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing every day. Location ideal short walk from town centre.

Pros: Best B&B we ever stayed at. Bertha was a wonderful hostess. Great breakfast and afternoon wine time! Highly recommended, we will be back often.

Pros: It was clean and well managed. The host Bertha was very friendly and accommodating, also cooked a great breakfast!

Cons: The no shoes policy was not clearly stated before we arrived at the facility and would have prevented us from booking the facility if we had known about it beforehand. While we understand the need for the policy, we were unprepared for it
