I recommend this place. I will stay there again next time I am in Guelph.

Pros: Good location, good breakfast, and Maria is a great host. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom has a great shower. Washer and dryer were conveniently on site.

Pros: Breakfast was not included. Despite that there was coffee and good quality tea provided, and one had a use of microwave and condiments all the necessary utensils. I was very comfortable there. Lots of space, possibility to use washer and dryer. I also liked the location, as there was very close nice recreational trail.

Extremely pleasant.

Pros: The property manager was extremely nice and helpful and everything was clean and tidy. She was also very communicative and punctual.

Cons: Everything was perfect except the bed. While comfy, it was extremely springy and noisy.

Pros: It was cozy, quaint, and perfect for a solo traveler looking for very good prices! The host was extremely friendly and lovely to interact with, flexible, and gracious for mishaps on my part!

Cons: The only comment I would make was there wasn't an ironing table to iron out my clothes! But that's it!

Pros: Sehr ruhige Lage. Separater Nebeneingang mit Sicherheitsschloss. Sehr gepflegte Wohngegend. Sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Bushaltestellen in 5 Min.Fussweg erreichbar. Parken von PKW /Mietwagen gegen kleine Gebühr in der Hofeinfahrt möglich. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause.
