Pros: Nice little cozy room. Practical little kitchenette with sink, fridge, toaster and keurig machine. We loved the big tv with netflix/prime video included.

Cons: The room was so hot all my stay. The only way to cool it down is to open the windows, but there's no screen on it. Which is unfortunate. And the shower was not that clean. I would have brought scandals if I had known. It's a little pricey for what it was but it was still worth it.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Very accessible from the expressway. Communications for entry code given as promised on time.

Cons: I knew there would be stairs, but it was hard with luggage. I wish there was more cutlery provided and some tea as well and not just coffee. I was disappointed that the television didn't give a minimum of regular TV channels, as I don't have personal streaming subscriptions, so it was no use to me at all.

Pros: Great location, easy access. The room has air conditioning, a fridge, microwave, kettle, large tv with streaming services and linens.

Cons: A bit more attention to cleanliness would be appreciated.

Pros: Everything is just the way I wanted. Enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this place for short to mid term stay. Locality is nice. Overall one can enjoy a solo stay quite comfortably.

Cons: Nothing to complain. I personally like cook tops over micro oven, but that's just my personal preference.

Pros: Staff were exceptionally supportive considering we slept in, they allowed us to stay in the room while they cleaned around our packing and cleaning. We worked together to clean up the room for the next guests in time for their check in. They were extremely polite and we felt genuinely appreciated for our stay at their site a 2nd time. Will definitely book again.

Cons: Small room. No ability to cook and not a fan of no tub. Although most facilities are opting to not have a tub shower combo anyway.

Pros: Super cozy place in a convenient location, with easy parking right next to the entrance. The space was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed. When I arrived, the heat was on, the lights were on, and the place even smelled great—such a welcoming vibe after a long day. The host was very responsive and proactively checked in to make sure everything was going well after check-in. Easy check in and check out, very quiet too. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The parking space was ample, and the bachelor unit 5 was spacious, clean, with basic kitchen facilities, and a working desk, which were all very important for my trip. I was able to relax and wrap up my project in Waterloo very comfortably. The shower with a hose was an extra bonus; many economic facilities with this price range don’t offer that. The check-in and out was swift, the instructions are clear. Very nice location for procuring food and commodities. I need to visit Waterloo often; I would definitely come back!

Pros: The property was well maintained and it was a large room. Close to downtown Waterloo

Cons: Well we didn’t like the fact that a woman entered our room in the night around 4 am. Woke my husband. Sorry not acceptable and will be addressing it with management.
