Nice stay in Toronto.

Pros: Great location. Comfortable and has everything that you needed. Good communication and staffs are very helpful.

Cons: We came in 4:30 pm, exhausted with a motion sickness child after an 8 hours flight and found out that the place hasn’t been cleaned. Beds were used, garbage cans were full, floor and tables were dirty. Told the staff and they sent two cleaners that did everything thoroughly after two and a half hour. Staff apologized for the mixed up schedule and gave us late check out. Walls are thin and it was pretty loud. We constantly heard pounding and kids running on top of us. Sofa and carpet are stained and totally used.

Pros: Exceptionally clean, well equipped, great location, host was responsive and quick. I would stay there again. We are a family with kids 8 and 11, and it was a great fit.
