Overall good value for the price with a very kind and accommodating host!

Pros: We arrived around 10-11 PM but Judy was still there to welcome us personally and hand over the keys. She served us breakfast the next day and was great to talk to.

This beautiful Century Home / Guest House is well worth the visit and great value for the money.

Pros: Jovial, attentive host, very comfortable, spacious well equipped room, just as advertised, delicious breakfast every morning in the sunroom overlooking the Grand River. A very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful and enjoyable stay in a beautiful and comfortable room!

Pros: Absolutely amazing and wonderful studio room and even more awesome host Judi!😁 Breakfast was delicious and served to us in a beautiful room overlooking the Grand River! We highly recommend staying at this stunning, cozy and comfortable B & B if you are planning a visit to Paris!

Very nice heritage location that is full of charm.

Pros: The breakfast was simple but good. The operator was easy to talk to a provided a guided tour of this unique property.

Cons: The step out of the room needs to be replaced. Very awkward uneven step that needs to be replaced asap. It would be very treacherous in the winter. Part of the facility heritage but not up to code for a public accommodation. The room was a little cluttered with decor.
