Great location for the beach

Pros: Location is ideal for the beach. Upstairs bathroom is nice. The place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Cons: Beds (at least in our room) were super creaky, as well as the flooring. Hard to be silent with other guests sleeping. The exterior of the place needs some love. New awnings in the back, levelling out the backyard, and maybe some light landscaping or flowers in the front would spruce up the place.
