Lovely 2 Bed Condo in Downtown Toronto

Near the Lake and easy transit

Pros: Great location, nice view north over the rail to the city, great restaurants, easy to walk or use nearby local transit, nicely decorated, generously stocked, comfortable.

Cons: The amenities in the building and unit are a bit on the cheap side but that's not the owner's fault. Things were otherwise comfortable, clean and well stocked. I would recommend this as a good and convenient place to stay in Toronto!

Pros: The venue was a short walking distance to the venue of the conference I was attending It was clean and comfortable The building staff were friendly The host was helpful

Cons: That I could not book an additional one night I would have liked to be shown how to use the cooker which I tried without success yo use. I later learnt that the instructions were on top of the cooker but they were not visible and my attention was not drawn to it.

Perfect location in a trendy condo, we were very comfortable there. Good value for money.

Pros: The location was fantastic, it was an easy, pleasant walk into the main part of Toronto, we got our bearings very quickly. We liked the set up of the apartment and the cleanliness as well as all the facilities in it (washer and dryer were very useful).

Cons: We didn't have a Canadian or American phone to use the entry pad, but our lovely host was able to unlock the door remotely.

A modern, comfortable apartment in a great location in the city center of Toronto

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Toronto. The location is excellent, very close to the city center and embankment, which made it easy to explore the city (including the Toronto tower, aquarium etc.). The apartment itself is new, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we need for our stay. It has a cozy one-bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a balcony. Everything inside felt modern and well maintained, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The railway is situated near the building, but the trains are not loud and don’t pass often, so it didn’t disturb us. The host is pleasant and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back again.

Pros: Super clean. Confortable. Safe. Great area. Quiet. Everything was in this one bedroom apt plus balcony. Thanks so much one more time to the owner.

Fantastic apartment in great location

Pros: Fantastic host, responsive to all my questions and concerns. The property is very centrally located, walkable distance to Union station / the CN tower. Very clean, spacious 1 bedroom property. All amenities that you could need!

Location and modern desing made it an incredible choice

Pros: The place is super modern and clean. Makes you feel home away from home

Cons: My problem was not with the property itself, but more with the building facilities. Although there was three elevators, it was very very rare that you could use an elevator without waiting at least 5-10 minutes. When I was leaving I had to wait for 20 minutes in total because 3 elevators were completely full. Unbearable

A real home from home experience

Pros: This apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and in a great location close to shops, restaurants and the harbor, It was fully equipped with everything you could need. The owner was exceptional and responded immediately to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay

Pros: The condo is located right in the center with everything available in walking distance. We enjoyed the stay and activities around

Cons: Trains under the window are quite noisy so it may be uncomfortable for light sleepers. Second bed is a transformer sofa so not very comfortable.
