Pros: Schönes, ruhiges Quartier. Garten kann mitbenutzt werden. Hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons: Vorschlag für Korrektur im Beschrieb: Die Wohnung ist nicht im Erdgeschoss, sondern 2/3 in der Erde (die Bilder lassen dies aber gut erkennen) und dadurch keinesfalls barrierefrei, wie in den Einrichtungen aufgeführt. Ein Toaster wäre eine gute Ergänzung.
