Pros: The placd was very nice and clean. it was close to lots of places like restaurants, mall center and grocery stores. Host was available all the time and always responded on it. I would book again

Great stay at Glenview West Apartment

Pros: I drove myself here so the location was convenient and good for me. The apartment itself was very comfortable.

Cons: The booking, check-in, confirmation of parking spot process too complicated. Too robotic as well. Also being at a major intersection in Hamilton, it was at times too noisy.

Very comfortable with everything we needed.

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed, and even though there was no AC and it wasn't a fancy apartment by any means, it was very comfortable with the windows open and the fan on. We stayed in early September so it wasn't too hot. We even found free street parking around the corner—so it's up to you whether you want to pay for parking on-site. Some reviews mentioned noise, but I hardly heard anything from neighbours other than some footsteps when people went in and out of their apartments. There are houses right downstairs, next door, so we heard some barking dogs, music etc. but nothing that bothered us. It had a true neighourhood feel. The hosts were very communicative which I appreciated. Note that you'll be required to provide your credit card information separately for a security deposit, which they will use in case of any damages to the unit after you leave.

Cons: The apartment building is definitely dated, and while the unit itself has obviously been renovated, which made our stay very comfortable overall, the unit could use some extra work. For example, the showerhead holder was broken, so we had to shower while holding the showerhead in one hand. I'm no stranger to this and didn't mind it too much, but it would've been more convenient to actually have a working showerhead holder. Also, the balcony door lock wasn't working, and they had installed a separate lock, a door chain type of lock (not sure what it's called), but the nail in the wall looked like it was about to fall out. It didn't actually fall out and I didn't feel unsafe or anything, but if you're more particular, it might be bothersome.

In general, it was an excellent stay.

Pros: Basic cooking ingredients for breakfast with coffee and teas were provided.

Cons: Hot water system weren't available one morning, but was quickly resolved.

Great listing and the bed was so unbelievably comfortable! Perfect for a long term stay. Very clean.

Pros: The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the location, it was a bit far especially without a car during winter, but steps away from public transit.

Cons: It was very very cold inside the space.

Pros: Great space, quiet clean and comfy couch needs to be higher, us old folks have a hard time get up from that low . 11

Pros: This was a great place to stay! Good value for the dollar. The staff were there with support every step of the way. Messages were replied to in a reasonable time frame. I would recommend anyone to stay there!

Pros: The locatrion was pefect for my intentions on visiting Hamilton. The unit I was finally gioven was clean, Tidy and xcomplete.

Cons: I did not like the fact that there is no direct contact with property management, Phones are ALL controlled by answering machine so emergencies are responded to several hours or even several days after the emergency. ALL replies to emails received receive a CAN NOT DELIVER response. THIS MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT BUILDING MANAGEMENT

Pros: Had all the amenities you require for a self catering stay. Comfortable and in a decent area. Good price. Wifi didn't work at first but rectified very quickly when contacted.

Cons: No air conditioning so got a bit too hot at night. Could do with a bit more cleaning around skirting/vents, also shower curtain liner needs replaced.
