The Laundry Rooms Station Park Kitchener

Pet friendly paradise with wonderful views of the city. I will be back for sure!

Pros: The decor and furnishings were great. The condo had everything you needed. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious... Even a walk-in closet. It was clean and the views from the 19th floor were absolutely amazing. Upgrade your room to a city view! It's so worth it. The sunrise and sunsets were awesome. And the view of downtown Kitchener, King Street, and the Google building can't be beat.The security of the building and ease of check-in with the concierge was nice. I love that pets are allowed! To be honest it was one of the best stays I've had in a while. I plan to return because I often need a few days away with my dog on a regular basis. I just hope I can have the exact same unit every time. Because it was perfection. A home away from home.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.

Pros: The place is modern, including the furniture used in the entire apartment. Our room was facing the sun, so it was super bright and airy during the day.

Cons: Nothing much, really. The shower floor could use a thorough clean-up as there was a bit of build-up, but that's about it.

Great spot for solo or couples staying in Kitchener.

Pros: Second time staying at this location. two different suites. both were exceptionally clean and the location is great to everything downtown Kitchener. Easy access to Waterloo as well. Ample underground parking.

Cons: The only thing I could have asked for differently..... Ice cubes in the freezer. That is it. otherwise everything was exactly what you could want for a stay.

Pros: The room was very clean, had all the amenities we needed. The location was great and close to downtown. The parking garage felt safe and easily accessed.

Cons: the multiple check in stages handled via text, register, ask for parking, approve security deposit... and lack of clear parking instructions for payment. not straightforward.

Pros: Very responsive and attentive host, high quality amenities, excellent location, easily accessible basement parking, very well maintained apartment. Overall great value for money. Will defiantly consider for our next trip

Pros: Staff was great. Unit perfectly clean and decorated nicely. Mattress comfort was nice for this old back.

Great unconventional option for a stay in Kitchener in a convenient location.

Pros: Great location. Great communication from The Laundry Room management. Fun and functional space with extra amenities. Loved the shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Comfortable beds. Quiet space. A little different then your conventional hotel stay, but it was a great space and instructions were thorough and helpful. We had a bit of a concern, but management was responsive and more than helpful. Easy drive out to the airport with conveniences on the way.

Cons: We were never able to connect with wifi in our booked suite.
